Job Description: The administrative assistant is responsible for tasks such as managing schedules, handling correspondence, maintaining filing systems, and coordinating meetings. They will manage a variety of daily operations, like answering phones, preparing reports, managing office supplies, and providing general support to the general manager and division leadership team members.
Intermediate/expert proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint presentations, excellent organizational skills, good communicator and flexibility to work the occasional late hours (ex. Second shift meetings, activities, etc.)
HS Diploma or GED Required
1 -2 years of administrative experience in a manufacturing environment
