Job Description
Location: Arlington, VirginiaJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $23 - 28 per hourWe are looking for a highly capable Associate Producer to become the essential operational link in our production pipeline!
The core function of this role is to act as the primary bridge between the Senior Producer and the Editor. This requires fluency in the technical and creative aspects of post-production—going beyond basic editing to perform the first pass of an edit and swiftly identify issues like technical errors or audio problems.
You will provide critical hands-on support during both pre-production and active shooting, managing all necessary logistics for shoots in the studio, the building, or external locations. This is fundamentally a role built on service, where your clear communication and strong organizational skills will offload crucial work, ensuring a smooth project transition and allowing Senior Producers to focus on providing higher-level creative feedback.This is a hybrid role in Arlington, VA.Qualifications:
Experience working with an Editor to perform first pass of an edit.
Experience in pre-production and being in a support role during shoots.
