What Youll Be Doing Oversee all aspects of daily bakery operations from mixing batter to managing bakers. Keep the bakery fully stocked with the best quality ingredients and supplies. Ensure all equipment, tools, and utensils are clean, sanitized, and ready for action. Hire, train, and schedule your bakery team. Coach and inspire staff to produce high-quality baked goods with consistency and care. Follow merchandising plans to showcase bakery items beautifully and boost sales. Maintain top-tier presentation, uniformity, and freshness across all baked goods. Ensure customer satisfaction and handle any issues with professionalism and warmth. Keep food safety and sanitation standards at the heart of every recipe and routine. What You Bring to the Table High school diploma or GED (Baking/Pastry program a plus!)
