Evenings + Weekends | Craft Cocktails + Fun Vibes + Team Spirit

Are you the kind of bartender who remembers names, keeps the energy up, and thrives on a busy shift? Do you have solid bar experience and love creating memorable guest experiences?

Browndog Barlor in downtown Northville is looking for a  Bartender/Server to join our tight-knit team. We’re known for our boozy shakes, craft cocktails, and Michigan drafts — and we’re searching for someone who brings the  hustle , has a great attitude, and truly cares about the guest experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Craft and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and our signature boozy shakes
• Engage with guests in a warm, upbeat, and professional way
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar
• Keep cool under pressure during busy nights and brunch shifts
• Communicate with the front and back of house to ensure smooth service
• Support the team — hop in where help is needed, not just behind the bar

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of bartending experience in a fast-paced environment - REQUIRED
• Outgoing, positive, and guest-focused
• Fast and efficient without sacrificing quality
• Knowledge of cocktails, wine, and beer
• Able to work nights & weekends
• A strong team player who leads with positivity
