Role Overview Chartis is seeking a talented Recruiter to attract top talent and deliver a high-touch, personalized candidate experience to candidates at the campus and experienced early career levels. The ideal candidate will be a highly collaborative, organized individual who is interested in making an impact in a dynamic, high growth organization. An integral member of the Talent Acquisition Team, the Recruiter will play a significant role in leading our growing campus recruiting efforts, internship program, and experienced early career hiring efforts. Responsibilities Campus Recruiting Partner with firm leaders to develop campus strategy; ensure branding and messaging across each recruiting channel is consistent with the Chartis mission and value proposition Plan and execute a series of high-touch campus recruiting events and marketing efforts on-campus, in Chartis offices, and virtually; ensure that going into each season that planned events are accounted for in the budget Identify and build relationships with target candidates, manage a high volume of applications, and plan and execute large scale interview days both virtually and in Chartis offices Leverage competitive intelligence and recruiting season results to identify areas for improvement and drive changes to our campus strategy each year Work in partnership with the campus team to make a campus compensation recommendation going into each season Work in partnership with the campus team to ensure the program budget is adhered to throughout the season Partner with the Talent teams to lead the Summer Internship program Experienced Recruiting Manage recruiting efforts for experienced hires at the early career level as needed during the Spring and Summer (i.e., during the campus off-season); proactively source candidates by utilizing a range of strategies (e.g., LinkedIn, online databases, social media sites, employee referrals) Independently negotiate and structure offers ensuring we are positioned to win while being a steward of the firm’s resources; Facilitate offer approval processes, weighing perspectives of multiple stakeholders and deftly guiding discussions to surface issues and build alignment Support ongoing refinements to existing recruiting processes and systems Qualifications And Desired Skills Bachelor’s degree required 5 years of work experience, with 2-3 years focused on campus recruiting ideally in a professional services firm environment Outstanding written and verbal communicator; able to clearly and passionately articulate the Chartis value proposition and listen exceptionally well Flexible and a self-starter; able to manage multiple responsibilities and processes independently while remaining detail-oriented Ability to develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with colleagues at all levels throughout the firm High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook and applicant tracking systems Willingness to be in the Chicago office as needed and ability to travel occasionally to campus recruiting events and firm meetings Salary and Benefits Salary range: $70,000-$95,000, plus may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
