About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead and provide shared services support across its various business lines. The CFO will be responsible for managing the Accounting/Finance, Human Resources, and IT teams, with a focus on financial planning, analysis, and control, as well as taxation and credit. This role involves operating as a key business partner to the executive team, assessing organizational performance, and developing tools and systems to provide critical financial and operational information. The CFO will also oversee long-term budgetary planning, cost management, and ensure that the company's financial practices adhere to legal and regulatory standards.
Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelors degree in a relevant field, with an MBA being a plus, and must be a Certified Public Accountant. A minimum of 10 years' experience in a senior financial management role is required, with a proven track record of partnering with executive staff to develop and implement creative financial management strategies. Advanced competency in accounting software is a plus. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, as well as strong analytical and organizational abilities. Responsibilities also include overseeing financial planning reports, developing and maintaining budget processes, and coordinating all financial audits.
