The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to provide executive leadership and oversight of all financial operations. The CFO will be the chief fiscal advisor, ensuring strategic financial guidance that promotes fiscal responsibility, transparency, and sustainability. This role is pivotal in the development and monitoring of financial strategies to maintain the long-term fiscal health of the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and presenting financial statements, budget reports, and forecasts, as well as overseeing the development of annual operating and capital budgets. Compliance with financial policies, systems, and procedures is essential, as is the management of financial risk, insurance coverage, and claims resolution.
