About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to play a pivotal role in its strategic and financial transformation. The ideal candidate will be a forward-looking financial architect, responsible for building and owning the company's FP&A discipline, translating strategy into financial insights, and leading all financial planning and analysis functions. This includes budgeting, forecasting, and investment prioritization. The CFO will also be a key business partner, acting as a thought leader on financial decisions, and will be instrumental in driving a culture of financial literacy and continuous improvement. Operationally, the role involves leading all core finance operations, ensuring compliance, and modernizing systems and processes to support the company's growth and innovation.
Candidates for the CFO position at the company must have a minimum of 10 years' of progressive finance leadership experience, with a strong background in FP&A, strategic forecasting, and capital planning. The role requires a hands-on approach to modern finance systems and tools, and a proven track record in influencing and partnering with executive teams. The CFO will be expected to have exceptional communication and teaching skills, high emotional intelligence, and a strategic mindset. Experience in privately held, capital-efficient industrial, agricultural, or process manufacturing businesses is essential, as is the ability to mentor and develop high-performing finance and accounting teams.
