Job Description

Join to apply for the CIS Solutions Sales Specialist role at Capgemini . This remote position focuses on "farming" existing Capgemini accounts and selling Cloud & Infrastructure Services, including cloud migration, data center transformation, ServiceNow, end-user services, and cybersecurity offerings. The role offers an aggressive sales commission plan to reward top performers. Responsibilities Develop deep relationships with targeted Financial Services customers and prospects. Create detailed account and sales plans to meet targets and open new relationships within existing accounts. Use industry knowledge to develop compelling value propositions. Collaborate with sales teams to craft winning proposals. Manage a sales pipeline of 3-4 times the sales quota. Requirements 10+ years in sales of IT integration, outsourcing, or project services. Experience with consultative sales, analyzing client challenges, and discussing ROI/TCO with CXO-level management. Comfortable proposing and building relationships with C-suite executives. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience in targeted account sales strategies. Ability to work in a global environment. Stay updated with industry trends and technological advances. Experience with sales pipeline management, forecasting, and Salesforce CRM.
