Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

We are a reputable leader in the commercial print industry, known for its commitment to innovation and delivering high-quality print solutions. We are currently seeking a highly motivated General Manager for our Miami service center location. We are looking for a strong communicator with a positive, open mindset and a passion for leading a team. This person must have a proven track record of overseeing both operations and sales teams. If you have 3+ years of experience in the commercial print industry and are a self-starter who excels at building relationships and driving success, we want to hear from you.

Commercial Print General Manager Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of digital print centers, including production, customer service, and quality.
• Manage both the financial and operational aspects of the service center location.
• Coordinate and lead the hiring, training, and performance of the staff.
• Prioritize workflow and optimize machine usage while consistently communicating with Regional Team.
• Monitor operational efficiency and productivity of staff.
• Identify process improvements and implement cost-saving strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor advantages, and emerging opportunities.
• Actively engage in production tasks and maintain customer communication throughout job lifecycles.
• Handle administrative tasks such as invoicing, order processing, shipping/receiving and inventory tracking.

Commercial Print General Manager Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial print management experience with wide-format color printing a huge plus.
• Professional attitude with a demonstrated ability to foster strong relationships and mentor staff.
• Strong self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Desire to promote company products and services with conviction.
• Effectively and efficiently problem-solve and work well with all departments.
• Strong decision maker with a demonstrated ability to adapt to unique challenges.
• Proficiency in utilizing computer systems and software.
