Position Summary The Corporate Trainer is responsible for developing, delivering, and maintaining engaging training programs that empower Crown Staffing employees to succeed across all levels of the organization. This role focuses on new hire onboarding, ongoing employee development, and targeted training addressing recurring operational themes, while ensuring consistent processes and performance across all branches. Base pay range $50,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr Location: Hybrid – Westerville, OH (or remote with travel) FLSA Status: Exempt – Full Time Key Responsibilities New Hire Training & Onboarding Conduct comprehensive onboarding sessions for new hires across corporate, branch, and field operations. Introduce new employees to Crown Staffing’s culture, mission, systems, and service standards. Train on internal systems such as Avionté BOLD, timekeeping, payroll, and client/talent management workflows. Partner with hiring managers and operations leaders to customize onboarding content for specific roles or departments. Ongoing Employee Development Conduct regular follow‑ups with new hires (e.g., 30-, 60-, and 90‑day reviews) to reinforce learning, address challenges, and ensure engagement. Develop and facilitate refresher and continuing education sessions based on audit findings or performance trends. Provide targeted support to teams or regions with recurring training needs or process challenges. Track progress and maintain training completion documentation across departments. Training Design & Content Development Design, develop, and update SOPs, training guides, and reference materials for all departments. Create and edit video‑based training sessions and micro‑learning modules to standardize learning delivery. Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to build training programs that align with company goals and compliance requirements. Continuously evaluate and improve training materials to ensure clarity, consistency, and accessibility. Manage and organize training resources within shared drives or LMS systems. Recurring Theme & Process Training Analyze company‑wide feedback and audit data to identify recurring performance or knowledge gaps. Develop targeted workshops and materials to address these patterns and reinforce best practices. Partner with compliance, operations, and HR teams to ensure training content reflects the most current processes, systems, and regulatory updates. Program Delivery & Facilitation Deliver training through multiple modalities: live virtual sessions, classroom‑style workshops, and self‑paced e‑learning modules. Ensure consistent communication and learning engagement across all regional offices. Gather feedback and metrics to assess training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. Travel Travel up to 25% of the time for onsite training, regional visits, audits, and one‑on‑one coaching sessions. Provide in‑person support to offices launching new programs or undergoing process transitions. Qualifications Required 2–5 years of experience in corporate training, employee development, or instructional design—preferably in staffing, HR, or operational environments. Proven ability to design and deliver engaging, interactive training for diverse audiences. Strong writing skills for SOP and policy creation. Experience developing and editing video‑based learning content. Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. Highly organized with attention to detail and follow‑through. Proficient in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office tools. Ability and willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time. Preferred Experience with Avionté BOLD or other HRIS/ATS platforms. Familiarity with e‑learning or LMS platforms (e.g., TalentLMS, Litmos, or similar). Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus. Background in staffing, HR operations, or workforce training.
