$75,000 - $140,000 yearly

• Generate leads effectively to build a strong client base
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
• Follow up diligently on leads until appointments are scheduled with agents
• Maintain communication with homebuyers to nurture relationships
• Produce monthly and quarterly sales reports to track team progress
• Handle sales inquiries from qualified leads and convert them into clients
• Utilize CRM system to ensure accurate customer data
• Schedule and conduct appointments efficiently

• To qualify for this position as an Entry level Real Estate Sales Agent in Los Angeles, CA, US, you must hold a valid Real Estate License
• No prior Sales Experience is necessary as we provide comprehensive training for all new team members
• Excellent communication skills are essential
• We are looking for someone who is personable, friendly, and enjoys working with people
• A valid Driver's License is a requirement for this role
