What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver compelling software demonstrations that effectively showcase the employer's revenue cycle and clinical solutions
- Customize demonstrations to address specific client needs and pain points
- Act as a subject matter expert in hospital revenue cycle operations and clinical workflows
- Support the sales team by conducting client needs assessments and developing tailored demo scenarios
- Maintain and optimize demo environments, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry standards

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience in hospital revenue cycle management
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospital revenue cycle management, including patient access, billing, coding, and reimbursement processes
- Proven ability to deliver engaging software demonstrations to clients
- Deep understanding of clinical workflows and their impact on revenue cycle efficiency
- Hands-on experience with EHR/EMR systems, preferably with the employer's solutions or similar platforms

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a healthcare revenue cycle setting
- Familiarity with RAC audits and claim scrubbing software
- Knowledge of ASC and APC reimbursement models
- Experience in medical necessity checking for claim approvals
- Understanding of open database systems in revenue cycle management
