Job Description
LHH has an exciting opportunity for a Finance Manager! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting with a blend of finance, an understanding of WIP, and have supervisory skills or the desire to mentor others. An understanding of tax would be a huge plus. The company offers excellent benefits and compensation, along with a professional environment, and a solid team to work with.
Qualifications and Requirements:
BS in Accounting or Finance, CPA is a plus
Ability to oversee multiple projects, job costing, and construction industry experience
Assist with process improvements, improve documentation, and provide structure
Manage cash flow and projections, financial analysis, and actual vs budget analysis
Handle draw requests, loan disbursements, and oversight of multiple projects
