Finance Consulting Director

You will be responsible for providing guidance on financial systems implementation, process automation, and financial shared services.

As part of the Finance Consulting Team, you will advise global organizations on improving efficiency in finance cycles such as Record-to-Report and Order-to-Cash and deliver process driven transformation utilizing leading Finance technology solutions. As a Director, you will lead large projects and innovate processes, focusing on achieving results and maintaining operational excellence. You will interact with clients at a senior level, drive overall project success, and develop top-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams.

What you must have:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 10 years of experience

What sets you apart:

  • Master of Business Administration in Finance & Technology, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Banking and Insurance, or Data Processing/Analytics/Science preferred
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Six Sigma, Project Management Professional (PMP), or Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) preferred
  • Proficiency in finance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Possessing knowledge of core finance cycles
  • Demonstrating familiarity with finance technologies
  • Business intelligence tools experience
  • Developing finance operating models
  • Building client relationships
  • Supervising and coaching teams
