General Description Tire Discounters is seeking a Graphic Design Co-op who has a passion for creative design, operational excellence, and a desire to join a fast-paced, growing company. This role will be working within the marketing team and in collaboration with agency partners to produce digital and print content as well as provide overall support for any creative needs of the organization. You will assist with the development of creative concepts and design production needs, as well as gain experience in the day-to-day operations of a retail marketing team. Responsibilities Concept and develop creative for a variety of print and digital mediums including digital ads, social media, email marketing, store signage and POP, flyers, posters, brochures, infographics; and other marketing materials as needed Uphold brand standards and brand voice throughout all forms of creative execution Organize and maintain structured file folders Correctly estimate timelines and meet deadlines on assigned projects Pickup or assist in other marketing, website, digital, or recruiting projects as needed Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign primarily) in addition to Microsoft Office Suite Ability to manage multiple projects and multitask accordingly to hit deadlines with a strong attention to detail Excel at problem-solving, written and verbal communication, and time management Demonstrates leadership and ability to take ownership Education And Work Experience Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Associates degree program in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field Portfolio that demonstrates a strong design aesthetic and a basic understanding of design principles that clearly illustrates your skillset Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Protected Veterans/Disabled Additional Information Seniority level: Internship Employment type: Internship Job function: Design, Art/Creative, and Information Technology Industries: Motor Vehicle Manufacturing Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Tire Discounters, Inc. by 2x Sign in to set job alerts for “Graphic Design Intern” roles.
