Summary: Flatter, Inc. is seeking highly talented Instructional Systems Designers to support FBI training units in providing training and professional development to the FBI workforce and partners. The role involves supporting curriculum development, funding, instruction, evaluation, tracking, reporting, and implementation for FBI and partner agencies. Description: The FBI requires curriculum development services following a systematic instructional systems design (ISD) process, demonstrating expertise in graphic design, web design, eLearning development, animation, and audio/video editing. The goal is to support the FBI's strategic plan to enhance awareness and recognition. Responsibilities: Provide curriculum development support services aligned with the FBI Technical Manual and SOPs, utilizing the ADDIE model of Instructional System Design. Analyze training needs, conduct job task analyses, create learning objectives, map objectives to tasks, select delivery systems, develop strategies, and conduct evaluations (levels 1, 2, and 3). Ensure alignment between job tasks, learning objectives, and assessments; participate in curriculum/test validation. Implement the ADDIE model in curriculum development, covering analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation phases. Security Clearance: Current Top Secret Workdays: Monday – Friday Work hours: Core hours: 8:30 am – 4:00 pm Travel: As needed to support the mission.
