Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in accordance with local and national electrical codes
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to determine the layout of electrical systems
- Inspect electrical components, such as transformers and circuit breakers, to identify hazards or defects
- Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatuses, and components using test equipment and hand tools to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem
- Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as plumbers and carpenters, to complete projects that involve multiple disciplines
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to all safety regulations while working on job sites
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used

- Generator installs

Qualifications:

- 5 years experience
- Valid journeyperson electrician license
- Proven experience as an industrial electrician or in a similar role
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools commonly used in the electrical trade
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including high voltage systems
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Excellent troubleshooting skills to diagnose electrical issues and implement effective solutions
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team to complete projects within specified deadlines

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
