As a Junior Marketing Associate, you'll support the planning and execution of nonprofit marketing events and donor campaigns, helping raise awareness and build strong community connections.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with planning and execution of nonprofit events, donor drives, and awareness campaigns

• Representing charitable partners at public-facing events with professionalism and enthusiasm

• Engaging with donors, supporters, and event attendees to build relationships and spread awareness

Preferred qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, retail, hospitality , or sales (preferred, not required)

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications , or related field (open to diverse educational backgrounds)

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Outgoing, team-oriented , and able to adapt in fast-paced environments

• Self-motivated with a strong desire for learning and career growth

• Genuine interest in nonprofit causes, community service, and social impact

• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
