Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated
Lightning Protection Installer to join our team.
As a Lightning Protection Installer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing lightning protection systems on various structures, including residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. You will work as part of a team to ensure that all installations meet industry standards and provide effective protection against lightning strikes.

Key Responsibilities

• Install lightning protection systems on rooftops, towers, and ground sites

• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and design specifications

• Operate hand and power tools, lifts, and safety equipment

• Perform system inspections and conduct basic maintenance or repairs

• Maintain compliance with all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols

• Complete job documentation including work logs, material usage, and site reports

• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients

• Travel to job sites (local or regional as needed)

• Assist in layout planning and system testing as required

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or GED required

• Experience in construction, electrical, or roofing trades preferred

• Familiarity with lightning protection systems (preferred but not required – training available)

• Ability to work at heights and in outdoor environments

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically demanding environment

• Must be able to pass a background check for military bases no felonies.

• Must be able to travel all 50 states to work.

Preferred Certifications (Not Required)

• OSHA 10 or 30-hour certification
