Description

The Marketing Operations Intern will support the Marketing Team in various marketing operations activities. Reporting to a Senior Marketing Strategist, this role will focus predominantly on operations and administrative functions that support the execution of omnichannel marketing activities.

What you will be doing:

• Executes a high volume of data entry and expense management activities for all associated marketing activities under the supervision of the marketing team. 
• Oversees inventory of promotional items, maintains inventory database, and ensures levels are optimal at all times.
• Coordinate with the marketing team and company photographer to ensure product photography is completed and organized efficiently. 
• Support marketing initiatives by collecting product information, collateral, and assets and categorizing them internally to enable searchability. 
• Supports the strategists in the preparation of tradeshows and sales-related events with pre- and post-tradeshow activities related to lead systems, booth setup, legal vetting, coordination, vendor communications, and other tasks as needed. 
• Oversee activities of the company’s Print on Demand function to ensure the program runs smoothly and orders are conducted with reasonable turnaround time 
• Conduct market research and present findings as requested. 
• Create surveys and develop results reports as needed. 
• Process promotional and apparel orders as requested. 
• Run routine marketing reports. 
• Perform other duties as required or assigned.

What you need:

• The ideal candidate is entering sophomore or junior year of post-high school education in business, marketing, communications, or project management. 
• Excellent time management and communication skills 
• Be able to demonstrate a detail-oriented posture amidst a fast-paced environment 
• Enjoy working in a highly collaborative environment, but be successful working independently 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams) 
• Demonstrate strong project management skills to meet multiple deadlines.
