ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Night Stock Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring a vibrant shopping experience for our guests by being an expert in operations and efficiency. Your responsibilities will support a consistent look on the sales floor and include key tasks related to inbound and outbound stocking processes. You will collaborate with your team to uphold Target’s standards, helping to keep inventory organized and available for guests.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Create a welcoming atmosphere by greeting guests genuinely.
Observe guests' needs to provide excellent service and assistance.
Engage with guests to understand their needs better and offer solutions.
Ensure that all merchandise is impeccably stocked, backstocked, and organized on the sales floor.
Execute detailed sorting operations with efficiency and precision.
Maintain inventory accuracy and present products effectively.
Conduct tasks while adhering to safety procedures and compliance regulations.
Support various guest services, including cash register operation and order pick-up.
Perform additional duties based on business needs.

Capability to remain focused and manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Handle cash register operations responsibly when needed.
Climb ladders safely as part of your tasks.
Efficiently and safely lift or move merchandise weighing up to 44 pounds.
Holds a flexible work schedule, especially nights, weekends, and holidays.
Willingness to adapt to varying temperatures and work conditions.
Ability to stay mobile throughout your shift.
