Personal Training Manager in Training role is designed for high-potential individuals who are ready to lead, develop, and grow. You'll receive the training, mentorship, and tools needed to become a top-performing PT Manager in one of our rapidly expanding clubs.

- Average Total Compensation $70,000- $100,000
What We're Looking For - Nationally accredited personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NCSF, NSCA, IFPA, ETC)
- CPR certification (required)
- High school diploma or GED (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Desire to lead and grow within a team
- Strong communication & organizational skills
- Passion for fitness and helping others
- Outgoing, professional, and coachable
- Sales or fitness leadership experience preferred
- Availability to work a 4-hour weekend day shift

Physical Requirements: - Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Physical effort required for daily duties include lifting weights, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, and prolonged standing and walking.
