Boutique midtown NYC law firm seeking a real estate litigation attorney with 3-5+ years' experience. The candidate should be available to attend court appearances in NYC. Admission to the NJ bar is a plus.

Requirements:

Experience with:

• Real Estate Transactions: Drafting of purchase and sale agreements, lease drafting and negotiation, title review and title policy negotiation, and closing support.

• Landlord-Tenant Litigation: Representation in disputes, eviction proceedings, and lease enforcement.

• Corporate Formation: Structuring entities, drafting operating agreements, and forming joint ventures.

Flexibility for court appearances

Excellent writing skills

Compensation:

• Benefits included:
