Job Title: Receptionist – Part-Time
Location: Franciscan Care Center, Toledo, OH
Reports To: Administrator

Position Summary

The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and team members, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere. This role provides administrative support and assists with daily operations to maintain smooth communication within the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet residents, visitors, and team members in a courteous and professional manner


• Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls promptly


• Handle inquiries and direct guests to appropriate departments


• Distribute mail, packages, and deliveries to residents and staff


• Maintain visitor logs and monitor lobby activity to ensure safety and security


• Provide general clerical support such as filing, copying, and data entry


• Assist with scheduling transportation and resident appointments when needed


• Support various departments with administrative tasks as requested

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required


• Previous receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience preferred


• Excellent communication and customer service skills


• Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism in a busy environment


• Proficient in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office preferred)

Schedule & Pay

• Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (part-time weekend schedule)


• Pay: Starting at $13.00/hour with a pay scale of $13.00 – $15.40/hour
