Includes healthcare benefits. What You Will Be Doing Review and validate OASIS assessments for accuracy and compliance with CMS guidelines. Collaborate with field clinicians to clarify documentation and ensure completeness. Provide feedback and education on best practices for OASIS documentation. Identify trends and contribute to quality improvement initiatives. Ensure timely submission of OASIS data for accurate billing and clinical integrity. Stay current with regulatory changes and documentation standards. Skills You Need Active RN license and graduation from an accredited nursing program. Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience (home health preferred). Familiarity with OASIS review and EMR systems. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
