Key Responsibilities:

1. Fullstack Development:

• Lead the design and development of scalable applications using Typescript and Javascript on both the front-end (React, Angular) and back-end (Node.js).
• Develop clean, maintainable code and conduct thorough testing to ensure high quality and performance.
• Implement responsive design principles to ensure applications are optimized for various devices.

• Collaboration:

• Work closely with stakeholders, including product managers and UI/UX designers, to gather requirements and translate them into efficient technical solutions.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, ensuring alignment and communication within the team.
• Mentor and support junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and knowledge sharing.

• Quality Assurance:

• Establish and maintain best practices for code quality through code reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs effectively, improving system performance and user experience.

• Continuous Improvement:

• Stay abreast of industry trends, tools, and technologies, recommending innovations that can enhance our product offerings.
• Analyze application performance and implement optimizations where necessary.

• DevOps Collaboration:

• Work with DevOps teams to optimize deployment pipelines and application monitoring, ensuring smooth operation in production environments.
• Help establish CI/CD processes for efficient code deployment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in fullstack development, specifically with Typescript and Javascript.
• Proficiency in front-end frameworks such as React or Angular and back-end technologies like Node.js.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and database management (both SQL and NoSQL databases).
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.) and familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is highly preferred.
• Ability to work within Agile methodologies and foster collaboration among cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• A strong commitment to code quality and best practices.
