We are seeking a skilled Sheet Metal CNC Programmer / Operator with strong knowledge of programming CNC turret punch presses and working with sheet metal equipment.
Responsibilities:
Program and operate sheet metal CNC turret punch presses (AMADA preferred).
Prepare programs from engineering drawings.
Evaluate bend allowances accurately.
Import DXF drawings from CAD software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
Study job orders and interpret blueprints to determine machining operations.
Write and modify G-code for CNC sheet metal punch presses.
Enter programming codes specifying speed, feed, and tool paths.
Requirements:
Experience in CNC turret punch press programming.
Knowledge of CAD software interfacing with CNC software.
Familiarity with sheet metal fabrication equipment and processes.
Strong attention to detail and precision in work.
