Title: Site Coordinator

Pay: $30-$38/hr

Location: Bothell, WA - 100% onsite

Length : 12 months - likely to convert to FTE

Must Have:

• 3+ years of relevant experience in administrative support, project coordination, or a similar role
• Associate's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Project Coordination, Communications, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with SharePoint development and maintenance
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive and collaborative approach
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proven experience providing office support and collaborating effectively within a team environment
• Experience supporting coordination of events, meetings, and visitor arrangements

Preferred:

• Experience with EAMS (Enterprise Asset Management System) and IT ticketing systems
• Proficiency with SharePoint site management preferred
• Basic proficiency with graphic design tools for creating signage and communication materials
• Skilled in leveraging AI tools for productivity and workflow optimization
• • Familiarity with agentic AI applications is highly desirable

Summary:

We are seeking a full-time, onsite Site Coordinator to play a key role in supporting site administration and employee engagement initiatives as part of a collaborative, high-performing team. This position will work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations, assist visitors, and coordinate activities that strengthen team morale and foster a positive workplace culture.
