*Position Overview:*
We are looking for a fully bilingual (English & Spanish) Immigration Associate Attorney who is passionate about immigration law and helping clients through legal processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling a variety of immigration cases, including family-based petitions, employment-based visas, asylum, and deportation defense.

The Immigration Associate Attorney will work closely with clients to advise them on legal matters, prepare applications, and represent them in hearings before governmental agencies.

*Key Responsibilities*:
* Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in immigration matters.
* Draft and file immigration petitions, applications, and motions.
* Prepare clients for immigration interviews and hearings.
* Conduct legal research and stay updated on the latest immigration laws and regulations.
* Represent clients in removal proceedings, asylum hearings, and other immigration-related legal proceedings.
* Review and analyze client documents to ensure compliance with immigration laws and policies.
* Work with other team members to prepare case strategies and share legal knowledge.
* Maintain and update client files and case management systems.
* Advise clients on immigration options, processes, and eligibility.

*Qualifications*:
* Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
* Admission to the Bar in [State].
* Minimum of [2-5] years of experience practicing immigration law.
* Strong knowledge of U.S. immigration law, regulations, and policies.
* Experience in preparing family-based and employment-based immigration petitions.
* Proven track record of handling cases in deportation defense, asylum applications, and adjustment of status.
* Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work closely with clients from diverse backgrounds.
* Fluent in English and Spanish
