Villa Restaurant Group is looking for an energetic and experienced Co-Manager to join our Starbucks team at JFK International Airport . If you’re passionate about coffee, guest service, and leading teams in a fast-paced environment, this is your opportunity to grow with a national brand inside one of the busiest airports in the world.
As a Co-Manager, you’ll partner with the General Manager to oversee operations, lead shifts, support team development, and help drive the success of our Starbucks store.
What You’ll Do:
Support the General Manager with daily store operations, including team management, inventory, and guest satisfaction
Lead by example to deliver an exceptional Starbucks experience every shift
Train, coach, and motivate baristas and shift supervisors
Ensure adherence to company policies and operational standards
Jump in to assist on the floor when needed whether it’s on the bar, register, or helping with store setup
What We’re Looking For:
1–2 years of leadership experience in food service, retail, or hospitality
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to lead and inspire a team in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must be able to pass an airport background check and badging process

Competitive salary based on experience (65,000-80,000 per year)
