Job Overview
We are growing rapidly and currently hiring Prep Cooks and Food Production Team Members for 1st and 2nd shift. If you have experience in food production or a high-volume kitchen and are ready to work in a respectful, high-performance environment, this is your chance to be part of something better.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday (Weekends only if business warrants it)
• Currently closed major holidays including Christmas Day, Thanksgiving, New Year’s Day, and July 4th.

Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Compensation and Benefits:

• Pay: $17 to $20 per hour (based on experience)
• Weekly Pay: Every Friday
• Paid Time Off (PTO)

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in food production or high-volume restaurant cooking (required)
• Strong working knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and GMP (required)
• Strong knife skills and ability to follow detailed recipes and specifications
• Organized, dependable, and punctual with reliable transportation
• Able to work independently with a professional, can-do attitude
• Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

What You'll Be Doing:

• Preparing ingredients and executing recipes to spec in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
• Cooking, measuring, labeling, and recording production batches accurately
• Maintaining clean, sanitary, and organized work areas at all times
• Following strict food safety protocols and contributing to a positive team environment
• Supporting continuous improvement by sharing ideas and taking initiative
