Job Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and verify data in company databases and systems with accuracy and efficiency.

• Maintain organized digital records and ensure data integrity across platforms.

• Review source documents for errors, missing information, or inconsistencies.

• Retrieve, compile, and prepare data reports as requested by management.

• Safeguard sensitive information by following data privacy and confidentiality policies.

• Communicate with internal departments to clarify and verify data when necessary.

• Perform routine quality checks to ensure accuracy of entered data.

• Meet daily, weekly, or monthly data entry quotas and deadlines.

• Provide administrative support to the team as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in data entry or office administration is a plus.

• Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role preferred.

• Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data management software.

• Exceptional typing speed and accuracy.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
