Job Summary :

Supermicro is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and integration of server / workstation system products for cloud and data center infrastructure. This key role focuses on server / storage product solutions, requiring effective communication among remote teams and on-site product leadership to meet roadmap expectations. The product manager will collaborate with marketing and sales to promote products and interact directly with customers. Using strong technical and communication skills, the Senior Product Manager will define product strategies for Supermicro's core product family, researching customer solutions and creating go-to-market plans. Ultimately, this role involves engaging in technical development, marketing, and support activities as a core member of the server product management team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Develop product roadmaps and lead the development and integration of server / workstation system products.
• Create strategies and collaborate with marketing, engineering, and business development to deliver complete server solutions.
• Use technical expertise to define product requirements based on customer needs, industry trends, and business goals.
• Engage with customers at various levels to convey capabilities, understand challenges, and gather feedback.
• Escalate critical issues to management and vendors as needed.
• Provide product training to internal teams, sales, and customers.
• Offer third-level customer support when necessary.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering with 8-10 years of experience in system/server architecture.
• Experience in product marketing and management, overseeing products from concept to end-of-life.
• Strong knowledge of computer/server architecture.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with customers effectively.

Salary Range:

$162,000 - $182,000

The offered salary depends on location, experience, education, skills, and other factors. Candidates may also be eligible for bonuses and equity awards alongside a comprehensive benefits package.
