12 hour night shifts with weekend requirements as scheduled. Self-scheduling is permitted.

\n\nJob Description\n

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cardiac Telemetry Nurse for our fast-paced cardiac telemetry unit. The ideal candidate will manage patients with various cardiac issues, supporting care before and after procedures.

\n\nResponsibilities\n

\n
• Monitor and assess patients with cardiac conditions.
\n
• Perform admissions and discharges, managing high patient volume efficiently.
\n
• Administer medications and titrate Heparin as required.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
\n
• Utilize clinical judgment to read cardiac strips and respond to codes as necessary.
\n
• Assist with daily living activities as needed.
\n

\n\nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure\n

\n
• Current BLS and ACLS certification required.
\n
• Experience with telemetry monitoring and strong knowledge of cardiac conditions.
\n
• Ability to read cardiac strips and provide emergency care.
\n
• Must comply with COVID-19 vaccination requirements.
\n
